I specialise in helping people to enhance their lives by teaching them how to connect with their inner power and to develop the skills of maintaining positive and empowering relationships.
I am a certified professional coach with over 18 years of experience in education and leadership. My life has been a journey filled with deep searching, and an aspiration to serve others and make a difference. Spirituality has been a significant part of my life. I have studied Vedic philosophy and have practised daily meditation for over 20 years. I have also raised a family of 3 wonderful children and been married for 18 years
My 10+ years as a school leader really tested my inner strength and forced me to further develop my mind-set and mastery over my self limiting beliefs. I was likely the youngest principal in the country of New Zealand at 32 years old. I was not feeling ready to be a leader but there I was in a leadership role responsible for the wellbeing and lives of so many others. I had to grow fast, and I did. I made relationships my priority and was proud of the warm and empathic community we developed.
As a parent, teacher and school leader, developing and maintaining positive and meaningful relationships have been a huge part of my life. I trained in nonviolent and empathic communication, attended parenting courses and leadership training, personal development workshops and studied relationship development.
I currently live on a semi rural farm in New Zealand with a small community of like minded people. I enjoy enriching relationships with my family and those around me and I am inspired to train, coach and mentor others so that they may also experience the depth of authentic meaningful relationships that empower others and make life so satisfying.
